Avakin Life Account Recovery Needed After Unauthorized Email Change
My Avakin Life account has been hacked, and I am now unable to log in because the hacker changed the email address linked to my account. I play Avakin Life on an Android device. The email address I have always used for this account is williamsgaylen****@gmail.com. My in-game username is “Lene Williams”, and my player ID is H9K-H83. The hacker appears to have changed my email on Friday, and I realized something was wrong when I could no longer access my account yesterday afternoon. I have already changed my email password to secure it, but I still cannot access my Avakin Life account because it is now linked to someone else’s email. This account is very valuable to me, as I own 11 apartments, 846 clothing items, and 12 petkins that I have collected over time. I have tried to contact Avakin Life / Lockwood support, but the number of messages I can send is limited and I have not received any response so far. I kindly request that my Avakin Life account under the username “Lene Williams” and ID H9K-H83 be recovered and returned to me, that the hacked email be removed, and that my original email address, williamsgaylen****@gmail.com, be restored. I would like to regain full access to my apartments, clothing, and petkins as soon as possible.
