Audible Debits $15 From Yapi Kredi Credit Card Without Customer Approval

On August 14, 2026, at 09:27 AM, an unauthorized transaction of $15 was made by Audible from my Yapi Kredi Bank World Gold credit card ending in 6030. Although I have no membership, subscription, or shopping history with Audible, this debit occurred without my knowledge or consent.

My bank notified me about the transaction via SMS. Upon seeing the message, I contacted my bank on the same day and authorized the cancellation of my card. Even though I never opened an Audible account, started a subscription, or agreed to pay this company, I do not accept this charge on my card.

I demand a full refund of the $15 financial loss I suffered due to Audible's unauthorized transaction, a proper investigation into the unauthorized use of my card details, and necessary measures taken to prevent a similar situation from recurring.
