Aternos Removes User From Server Queue Without Warning

While waiting for my server to start through Aternos.org, I spent approximately 15–20 minutes waiting in the server queue. While I was still in the queue, I was suddenly removed from it without receiving any warning or error message and was forced to join the queue again. This happened approximately five minutes ago, and I have experienced similar issues with being unexpectedly removed from the queue in the past as well.

This situation causes a significant waste of time and seriously reduces the amount of time I can actually use my server. I request that the issue of users being removed from the server queue without any apparent reason be investigated, that any necessary technical improvements be made to the system, and that appropriate measures be taken to prevent these interruptions from happening again.
