Aternos Queue Issue Prevents Server Access After Long Wait Times

I’m experiencing a frustrating issue with Aternos. After waiting for the 10-minute queue time to access my server, I constantly refresh the page, only to be met with an "offline" error. Even when the message says the server will open in 3 minutes, it abruptly changes to "this server is offline," forcing me to wait another 30 minutes to try again. This cycle repeats every time, making it impossible to access my server. I’ve lost a significant amount of time dealing with this issue and need it resolved immediately. Aternos, please fix this problem so I can access my server without unnecessary delays. It’s unacceptable for a service to fail this consistently.
