Screws Are Missing From the Asus Gaming Monitor I Purchased
I purchased an ASUS monitor from Gaming.gen.tr. The box did not contain the four screws necessary to mount the stand to the screen. Upon contacting the company, they directed me to request the missing screws from Asus since it came in an Asus box. ASUS, on the other hand, insisted that, as an after-sales issue, I should reach out to the company I bought it from. Essentially, both major companies chose to play the "three monkeys" game, leaving a customer dissatisfied over a simple request for four screws. This raises concerns about how they would handle more significant problems. It's disappointing that companies can turn a straightforward request into an issue rather than solving it. Such insensitivity is particularly surprising coming from ASUS. It seems that, in Turkey, companies like Gaming.gen.tr prioritize selling and forgetting, assuming Turkish consumers will forget about issues. However, ASUS's lack of responsiveness is perplexing. As Turkish individuals, we may tend to compare every business to our own cultural standards.
Gaming. The company Gen TR sent the screws that were missing from the box. Thank you...
