Faceless Reels Unwanted Subscription Charges Under Bank Review

I was recently charged for Faceless Reels subscriptions that I never signed up for. On 07/12/2026, two separate payments of $19.00 were taken from my account under the name Faceless Reels, and both transactions appeared as “Transaction In Review” on my bank statement. Since I did not authorize or knowingly start any subscription with Faceless Reels, I immediately contacted my bank and opened a dispute regarding these charges. I am now submitting this complaint so that the issue can be investigated from your side as well. I request that these unauthorized subscriptions be cancelled immediately and that the full total amount of $38.00 be refunded to me. I also ask that no further charges be made to my account in the future without my explicit consent.
