Asuno Sent Old Teeth Whitening Formula and Added Unauthorized Charges
On June 27, 2026, I placed an order for Asuno teeth whitening tablets after seeing an advertisement in a mobile game (Word game). In that ad, I was led to believe I was purchasing an upgraded formula, for which I paid an extra $15. Instead, the company sent me what I have since learned is their old formula. When I received the product, it was clearly different from what I believed I had ordered, so I contacted the company and questioned this. Despite my concerns, they refused to replace the product with the upgraded version I had paid for. I tried the tablets anyway, but they have an unpleasant smell and, more importantly, they do not work. In addition to being sent the wrong formula, I have also been charged amounts I did not authorize. The first charge was $105 USD, and now there is another pending or temporary order dated 09/24/2026 for $135 USD. I did not knowingly agree to any ongoing subscription or repeated charges. I feel misled by the advertisement and by the way the upgraded formula was presented, and I am very dissatisfied with the product’s effectiveness. I request that my subscription be fully cancelled, that the new $135 charge be cancelled and not processed, and that I receive a full refund for the amounts taken so far due to the misleading upgrade and the product not working as advertised. I also have screenshots showing the charges and can provide them if needed.
