Asuno Self Tanning Gummies Did Not Work and Charged Me Again
I bought Asuno self-tanning gummies through a Facebook advertisement in March 2026 for around 35 dollars, trusting the brand’s promises that the product would provide a visible tanning effect. I used the first bag regularly for about a month, exactly as directed, and I did not see any change in my skin tone at all, not even a slight color difference. In my opinion, this product does not deliver what is advertised and makes consumers feel misled. After my first purchase, I realized that I was unknowingly signed up for repeated shipments, and I keep being charged for additional bags that I did not clearly consent to or intend to buy. I did not understand that I would be getting more than one bag, and I want any subscription or recurring order associated with my name, card, or email to be cancelled immediately, and no further charges made. I tried to resolve the issue, but I could not even find a clear customer service address or contact information for Asuno, which made me feel even more dissatisfied and suspicious about the brand. I feel that I have wasted both my time and money on a product that did not work as promised. I request that Asuno explain why the promised tanning effect was not achieved despite regular use, and that my payment for this product be refunded. In addition, I expect all future shipments and automatic charges to be cancelled at once, and the company to provide clear and accessible customer service contact information so that customers can reach them easily in such situations.
