Aspiegel Limited Charged My TEB Credit Card Without Authorization

I just discovered that Aspiegel Limited withdrew money from my TEB Ekonomi Bankası credit card without my permission. I always use 3D Secure authentication for my transactions, so how did this company even access my card details?

Banks usually send a verification code for every transaction, yet TEB allowed this charge without notifying me. How is this possible? Can they guarantee that this won’t happen again? This raises serious security concerns about unauthorized transactions.
