AskNebula Illegally Charged Me for a Service I Never Used
AskNebula.com has unauthorizedly withdrawn $29.50 from my account. The withdrawal took place at 1:41 AM, without my knowledge or consent. It is unacceptable that money can be taken from my account in the middle of the night without authorization.
I will be filing a formal complaint about this incident. How can a company shamelessly exploit people like this and cause such distress? I demand that the unauthorized transaction be reversed immediately and that AskNebula stop these deceptive practices that are clearly intended to mislead and harm users.
