AskNebula.com Fraudulent Charge — I Have No Membership or Account

AskNebula.com has unauthorizedly withdrawn $27 from my account, even though I have no active subscription and have never used any of their products or services. I demand an immediate refund of this amount; otherwise, I will take legal action.

I have no registered account or membership on their website, so I do not understand how they accessed my payment information and were able to make this withdrawal. This is completely unacceptable and unlawful.

I expect my $27 to be refunded immediately and for AskNebula to permanently delete any of my information from their system.
