AskNebula Fraudulent Charge — Never Signed Up for Membership

I clicked on an online advertisement from AskNebula.com offering a birth chart reading for $0.50. I decided to try it, but later discovered that a subscription had been created without my knowledge, and at the end of the month, $28.35 was withdrawn from my account.

I never used any of the services associated with this unauthorized subscription. Therefore, I request the immediate cancellation of the membership and a full refund of the $28.35 that was charged without my consent.

This practice is misleading and unethical, as I only intended to make a one-time $0.50 purchase, not sign up for a recurring plan.
