I Face Mesh Tear Issue on Asics Gel Nimbus 26 After Minimal Use

I purchased a pair of Asics Gel Nimbus 26 running shoes from the Asics store in İzmir İstinyePark and used them only 3–5 times for light walking. However, after such limited use, holes appeared on the upper mesh of both shoes. Experiencing this kind of defect after such minimal wear has been a major disappointment.
To resolve the issue, I contacted Asics customer service twice and sent the shoes in for inspection under case numbers 1-27647 and 1-28239. However, in both evaluations, I was told that the product was not defective, and no replacement or refund was offered. The fact that a premium running shoe could wear out this quickly — and that both inspections dismissed the issue — has left me feeling extremely frustrated and unfairly treated.
What’s even more disappointing is that other brands immediately offer refunds or replacements for much smaller issues, yet Marlin Group, which represents Asics, keeps insisting the fault is mine rather than the product’s. It’s hard to understand why such a well-known global brand would act this way instead of standing behind its quality guarantee. As shown in the photos, the holes clearly appear on the upper mesh of both shoes.
I am requesting a full refund for the defective product and expect this issue to be handled promptly and fairly.
