In 2024, I purchased a pair of Asics Gel Nimbus 26 running shoes from the Zorlu AVM Asics store. After only a few months of light use, the front toe area of the shoe started to open up. This is extremely disappointing considering the shoes are marketed as high-quality and built for performance. I have not worn them excessively or under harsh conditions, so such a defect is unacceptable.
When the issue appeared, I returned to the store to request support. However, my claim was rejected without a proper solution, even though the shoes are still under warranty and my usage period has been very short. As a loyal customer who trusted Asics for durability, this experience feels unfair and frustrating.
I expect Asics to honor the warranty and replace my defective Gel Nimbus 26 shoes without delay. Customers should not have to deal with premature defects in premium running shoes. I request that my complaint be addressed quickly and that a fair resolution be provided.
