Asics Sneakers Bought at Sportive Started Peeling After Just Two Gym Sessions
On April 25, 2026, I purchased a pair of Asics brand sneakers from the Sportive Hilltown location, supplied by Marlin Spor Malzemeleri Ticaret A.Ş. I only wore the shoes at the gym, lightly and for very short periods — the soles hadn't even had a chance to get dirty before the upper material started peeling.
I submitted the shoes for inspection twice through the Sportive Hilltown branch, and both times my claim was rejected on the grounds of "user error." A shoe that has only been worn at the gym once or twice, with virtually no wear visible on the sole, should not be peeling on the upper after such a short time. This clearly points to a product defect, not misuse.
I am requesting a full refund for what I believe is a defective product, and I am asking that my complaint be taken seriously and my return processed accordingly.
