On September 14, 2024, I purchased a pair of Asics Nimbus 26 sports shoes from Intersport Bursa Downtown for ₺5,839. After about six months of use, the fabric around the left big toe area started to unravel and form a hole, which gradually grew larger. In March 2025, after noticing this issue, I returned the product to the store where I had purchased it in order to request a refund, and it was sent in for inspection (Intersport application no: INT18295).
As a result of the inspection, my request was rejected on the grounds that the issue was “caused by external factors.” However, I used the shoes under normal conditions and with care, and I cannot accept such a problem occurring in such a short period of time. I have also never experienced a similar issue before.
I request that the product be replaced or that I receive a refund of the purchase price. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue.
