ASICS Gel-Trabuco 13 Gore-Tex Damaged Within 2 Months

In November 2025, I purchased ASICS Gel-Trabuco 13 Gore-Tex men’s black running shoes from the Intersport Viaport store. Although I used the shoes regularly, I did not subject them to heavy or extreme conditions. Despite this, within just 2 months, noticeable damage appeared on the upper mesh area of the left shoe.

For a Gore-Tex, performance-oriented running shoe in this price range, experiencing such deformation in a short time is very disappointing in terms of both quality and durability. I have not yet sent the product to the store or service for inspection.

I request that ASICS evaluate this product as defective due to the early damage and replace it with a new pair.
