Asics Gel Nimbus 26 Shoes Deformed In 8 Months And Warranty Claim Rejected

On October 25, 2024, I purchased a pair of Asics Gel Nimbus 26 shoes from the Asics Hilltown store in Istanbul. I only used the product once or twice a week for daily wear, yet within just 8 months, both the left and right shoes developed serious deformations and splits on the outer parts.
On July 12, 2025, I returned to the store where I had purchased the shoes. A store employee filled out an inspection support form (No: 1-26543) and sent the shoes to headquarters. However, on July 19, 2025, I received an SMS from Asics stating that no manufacturing defect was found, and my request was denied. Yet, at the time of purchase, I was specifically told that the shoes had a 2-year warranty period.
As one of Asics’ premium models, these shoes cost me ₺8,499.06, and I cannot accept that they became unusable in only 8 months. Since the product is no longer available for sale, I request that it be exchanged for the newer version, the Gel Nimbus 27. If that is not possible, I request a refund of the amount I paid, adjusted for current value and inflation.
