Asics Gel-Trabuco Terra Sps Shoes Fabric Tears Within Months

I bought my Asics Gel-Trabuco Terra Sps sneakers on September 6, 2023, and now there are tears in the cloth. I sent them to Asics headquarters for assessment, and they informed me that materials require a two-year examination period. When they received the results, they indicated that there were no faults with the materials' manufacture, thus they could not accept a return. When I called customer service, they stated that the shoes were worn in severe rain and water. If shoes disintegrate like this within 5 months, it indicates low material quality. I've never experienced these problems with Asics shoes before. The fact that the fabric tore in two places indicates a manufacturing flaw and a lack of durability. I expected Asics to provide better help.
