Arzum Sold Me a Faulty Laguna Water Heater - Made Me Wait for a Replacement
If you want to be treated terribly despite spending your money, go ahead and buy it. We purchased the Arzum Laguna water heater, and it broke down four times in less than a year. Each time, we had to endure a one-week repair period, which caused both inconvenience and frustration. We requested a replacement, but they initially refused. Only after I mentioned going to Consumer Rights did they agree. We've now been waiting for 1.5 months for the broken water heater to be replaced. Choosing a local brand that lacks proper corporate standards has brought financial and emotional stress to me and my family. I strongly recommend thinking twice before buying anything from this company.
They said they would send it after 2 months when we have no product left. If I go to Consumer Rights, it takes 6 months to resolve. Because they know this, they are an institution that does not care about and victimizes the consumer. They do not feel legally responsible. I am considering breaking the product and posting it on social media. The brand and product deserve this.
