Siemens Tea Machine Plastic Corrosion & Poor Customer Support
My complaint is regarding a Siemens tea machine that I purchased two years ago. I was only able to use it for about 10 months because the plastic parts were corroded. It seems that they used low-quality plastic raw material, as the parts corroded rather quickly. This occurred within the warranty period. When I contacted Siemens service, they claimed that the corrosion was due to my use of acid when cleaning the machine. However, this is a baseless accusation. I am a parent of three children, and I have never used acid for cleaning purposes. It's disappointing to see Siemens deflecting responsibility rather than acknowledging the issue. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied. The service provided was indifferent and insufficient, and the behavior of the staff was irrelevant to the actual problem. Moreover, the poor quality of the product reflects poorly on Siemens as a company. I want to warn others to be cautious when purchasing Siemens products. While they may be cheaper, they pose a danger due to their low quality and the company's unwillingness to rectify its mistakes.
