Armani Exchange Glasses Damaged During Repair—Unacceptable Service

I purchased six pairs of glasses for myself and my family from Atasun Optik in one transaction. Among them, my Armani Exchange sunglasses and prescription glasses developed wear on the rubber parts of the frames. I ordered replacement parts from the Bandırma store, but when I took my sunglasses for a frame replacement, I noticed significant damage to the lenses. I believe this was caused by the spray they used for cleaning.

Even though I replaced the prescription lenses in 2023 at an additional cost, the store claimed there is no warranty on lenses or replacement parts. They told me I would need to pay an extra ₺4,000 to replace the lenses and ₺500 for lens insurance.

I’ve already paid for frame and lens replacements twice, which cost me more than buying new glasses. Despite this, my Armani Exchange sunglasses are now unusable. Due to the unprofessional attitude at the Bandırma branch, I will never purchase from Atasun Optik again and will advise everyone I know to avoid them. Atasun Optik, I demand accountability and a resolution for this unacceptable service.
