About a week ago, I purchased a 10-pack of Ariel 3-in-1 laundry detergent pods as a checkout item from Gratis for approximately $3.
I had been using them for the past two to three days, but today, when I placed one in the washing machine, it caused excessive foaming. The detergent foam overflowed all the way to the machine door.
As soon as I noticed it, I immediately stopped the machine and had to clean it out quickly and with difficulty. Due to the excessive foaming, the washing machine’s control board was damaged, and the machine is now completely unusable.
At this point, we had to discard the machine entirely. Foam spread throughout the house, even reaching the flooring, and I experienced significant inconvenience and damage.
From this experience, I have realized that this product may not be suitable for washing machines and can cause serious damage when used.
For this reason, I request that Ariel investigate this product and inform consumers appropriately so that no one else experiences the same issue I went through.
