Ariel Detergent Damaged Expensive Blouse – Inadequate Compensation from Procter & Gamble

I used Procter & Gamble’s Ariel laundry powder for whites to hand-wash my off-white blouse, only to find that the dark blue detergent particles left stains that I can’t remove. I reported this to the company with photos, and they acknowledged the issue. However, their compensation offer was a mere 1.5 kg of Ariel detergent and one bottle of liquid detergent – an inadequate response for a Network brand blouse valued at over ₺6,000.
This damage likely affects many customers, and it’s disappointing that such a well-known brand would be indifferent to compensating a Turkish customer fairly. I expect Procter & Gamble to provide a proper solution that reflects the actual value of my damaged blouse.
