Ariel Needs to Investigate Fake Detergent Sales

I recently purchased the Ariel Mountain Breeze detergent from PTT AVM, only to realize that it's a fake product. After using three cups of detergent on three pieces of clothing, the stains were still not removed; whereas, when I used my previous detergent, I only needed half a cup to get rid of the same kind of stains! To add insult to injury, I filed a complaint but never got any response from them. Moreover, both my cousin and sister-in-law had similar experiences with Ariel after buying it from other stores and online retailers respectively. It's really unfortunate that consumers have to go through such deplorable experiences like this. Companies should take their responsibility seriously and ensure the safety and quality of their products. Therefore, I expect Ariel to investigate this matter as soon as possible and take whatever necessary action is called for in light of this situation before it worsens further. Consumers don't deserve such treatment - especially when they are spending hard-earned money on branded products.
