We Will Sue Arçelik Customer Service
We've filed a complaint about our defective Altus dishwasher due to rusting in the washing center and other metal areas. Following the Consumer Protection Agency (THH) decision, we expect the free repair or replacement process to be carried out by authorized representatives from Arçelik, the parent company. However, we request that the individuals appointed by Arçelik to our address are not the ones responsible for the Mamak, Kızılay, Cebeci, and Altındağ areas. Our request is clear: We don't want anyone from these regions coming to our address to perform the procedures outlined in the THH decision. Instead, we insist that individuals from other neighborhoods come with their identification badges. We haven't received any information about the identity of the individuals who called from the Cebeci Arçelik service at 0312 ***00 in the past, speaking loudly and rudely. We demand that this information be provided in writing by your authorized personnel. If, during the implementation of the THH decision starting this week, we encounter any disrespectful or impulsive language as customers, we will file a criminal complaint with the Republic Prosecutor's Office, as we've done several times before. Through our lawyer, we also request that your head office provide information about the identity and roles of the service personnel before they come to our premises.
