Arçelik Took My Money but Has Not Delivered or Installed My Dishwasher
We bought a dishwasher from the online website of Arçelik White Goods Company, trusting the company's market image. They told us that our order would arrive by cargo and that the service would install it. However, due to the cargo forgetting to deliver the order, the service that arrived while we were not at home could not enter the house, but the installation was recorded as completed, and we have been begging every day for 1.5 years to bring the machine that we have paid for. Instead of trying to please us, who are the victims, they have been shamelessly stalling us for months by saying that we will call you during the day, we have made an appointment, they will come to you, as if they were comforting a baby. What kind of indifference and ignorance is this. If it were possible, we would have taken the machine in the car and brought it, but unfortunately it is not possible. Customer representatives who lack the understanding of customer satisfaction and who are there just to make sure that it is not there, definitely pose a danger to consumer safety. I am complaining about Arçelik White Goods Company. I demand that the necessary procedures be carried out urgently to eliminate my victimization and ensure my satisfaction. I find it appropriate to announce without any regret that I will file a lawsuit for compensation in case the procedures are implemented with a delay and that my complaint will be forwarded to the necessary authorities.
