No Detergent Dispenser in Arçelik 7103YD? Service Center Wants Extra Charge Despite Warranty
I purchased the Arçelik 7103YD series washing machine, but the dispenser for liquid detergent didn't come with it. While the same product we bought in 2022 included the liquid detergent dispenser, the 7103YD series washing machine we bought in 2023 didn't have it. When we explained the situation to the authorized service center in Denizli, they said it might come with some machines and not with others, implying that we might have to buy the accessories separately. Reluctantly, we had to place an order. We even ordered for our Altus washing machine used in the village, but the received products didn't include the blue filter marked with "max." They asked for an additional ₺110 for the blue filters. Both our Arçelik and Altus washing machines are still under warranty until July 2023. When we contacted the headquarters, they directed us to the authorized service center, indicating that the decision to provide the liquid detergent dispensers for free would be up to them. However, the authorized service center has no intention of providing the items for free. We are currently waiting. I am considering taking this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board.

In the same way, my issue is being directed to the authorized service in Denizli again. However, the result is still disappointing because the authorized service has no intention of providing this accessory for free. Just so you know. The back-and-forth between the Seller Company and the Authorized Service continues. No one is taking responsibility. There is an accessory that has not been delivered. However, everyone intends to deliver it for a fee.
