My Arçelik Washing Machine Has Card Failures Every Year


Does an Arçelik washing machine have a card failure every year? They changed the pump motor for a fee before. Last year, they couldn't solve the problem and took the machine to the service center, where they replaced it with another machine for 1 week. This year the Okmeydanı service came, said “Nothing, if it happens again, take a video” and left. This year, the same fault again, they are trying to get out of the business by saying that the card is gone again. ₺500 service fee and ₺3200 card fee.
