I purchased a built-in stove, but the service did not install it correctly. The flame on the stove barely lights up. We bought two of the same stove models; the one in our Istanbul home was installed correctly and works fine, but at our summer house, the flame is hardly visible. When we called the service, the Kelkit branch told us, "Close the curtains, and you'll see the flame." The authorized service's disrespectful attitude is at its peak, making you feel insulted. They even said, "There's nothing I can do; you can take it to court if you want." I am planning to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I will never consider buying from Arçelik again. They hire unqualified individuals as service representatives who don’t even know how to communicate properly. They make a mockery of their customers; it’s all too easy for them. They’re a service that gets paid for doing nothing. Attached are photos showing the difference in flames between the two stoves. Don't underestimate your customers; I am requesting a refund.
