Arçelik Dishwasher Left Stains After First Use and Service Blamed Me for It

I purchased an Arçelik dishwasher on 09/09/2024 and used it for the first time. After washing with Fairy detergent, I noticed stains on both the door and base of the Halo. A service request was opened, and the technicians came to inspect it. They claimed it was a user error but agreed to replace the door as a goodwill gesture. However, no action was taken on the base, even though a new service request was filed. The service team then blamed me again, stating it was the customer’s fault and not theirs, even suggesting that the Fairy detergent might have expired. No chemicals were used other than the detergent, and I expect a replacement for the defective product. Please escalate this issue to the relevant authorities immediately.
