Five months back, I purchased a washing machine from Arçelik. After only a few months of using it, it began to sound like a construction machine. Jumping ahead to the present, we turned on the machine at 2 AM, went to sleep, and found it still running at 8 AM, making noise and not using detergent from the dispenser. The room was a disaster with water all over the place. We disconnected it, but it continued to operate! We were completely surprised and confused. After like 10 minutes, it finally stopped. Is this how a new product is supposed to act? I even made a video to back it up since no one would believe us otherwise.
