Arçelik T 7365 Termosifon Leaked After 5 Years and Damaged My Home

I decided to go with the Arçelik T 7365 termosifon because I wanted to back a reliable local brand, especially since my last water heater from a different company held up for a solid 10 years before it finally gave out. Sadly, this model didn't even last 5 years before the tank began to leak. I've seen quite a few people voicing the same concerns about this particular model, which really makes me doubt its quality. It's really frustrating to watch a brand that symbolises our national pride fail to provide dependable products. I wish I hadn't picked a product that clearly values saving money over delivering quality, particularly when it leads to extra costs like possible home damage from flooding. Now, I’m stuck in the usual loop of reaching out to customer service, only to hear that I need to shell out for a replacement. This whole situation has really got me thinking twice about backing this brand moving forward.
