Arçelik 10140 MP Washing Machine Breakdown Complaint - Replacement Request

I purchased the Arçelik 10140 MP washing machine just 1.5 months ago and used it no more than 50 times during that period, yet the machine broke down and stopped taking in water. I opened a service ticket on 19 November 2025, and the service technicians who came informed me that a part would need to be replaced. I clearly stated that, as a consumer, I wished to exercise my right of choice under Article 11 of the Consumer Protection Law and requested a replacement with a fault-free equivalent instead of a repair. Despite this, after keeping me waiting for 4 days, they said that the head office could only offer a part replacement and a gift of a 2-year extended warranty, and that the product would not be replaced. When I declined this offer, they responded sarcastically that I would have to wait longer and that they would discuss the matter with the head office again. I have been unable to wash my clothes for about a week and a half, and as of today, I will be forced to start using dry cleaning services and claim all expenses from Arçelik. It is unacceptable that a globally exported brand's latest model product breaks down within 1.5 months, that it does not stand behind its defective product, that it keeps the consumer waiting, and that it effectively makes it difficult to exercise the rights granted by law during this waiting period. Within the scope of the record number 504362981 opened for my address in Sancaktepe, Istanbul, I request that my discretionary right regarding the defective product be exercised immediately and that my product be replaced with a new one without delay. Should this request not be fulfilled within 3 business days, I hereby inform you that I will demand a refund and will additionally pursue any resulting damages and expenses.
