Arçelik Gave Me Wrong Diagnosis for My 3910AA Air Conditioner
About two months ago, my Arçelik 3910AA model air conditioner malfunctioned, so I called Arçelik customer service and was directed to an authorized service center. When they arrived, they claimed the air conditioner was out of gas, did nothing to fix it, and charged me ₺650 for this incorrect diagnosis. I then contacted another service center, which checked the gas level and found no problem, instead identifying a burst capacitor and replacing it. After this repair, the air conditioner returned to normal. I was misled by the authorized service center’s wrong diagnosis and forced to pay an unnecessary fee. I emailed Arçelik customer service about the issue but received no response. Since the unit is no longer under warranty, I had to pay the service fee in cash, and I am demanding a refund of the ₺650 charged due to the incorrect diagnosis and a resolution to my grievance.
