Arçelik 9102 Washing Machine Annoying Noise Complaint

My recent purchase of the Arçelik 9102 washing machine has turned into a cacophony of frustration and disappointment. The machine produces an excessive noise that has disrupted the tranquility of my home. After repeated service requests, the issue remains unresolved, and I'm left feeling utterly helpless.
The Arçelik service technicians have visited my home three or four times, but instead of addressing the noise issue, they replaced the control panel. They attributed the noise to the machine's "new generation" technology and advised me to reduce detergent usage.
When I reached out to Arçelik customer service, they simply directed me back to the service technicians. Upon requesting a product return or exchange, the service technician informed me that they were unable to process such requests and that the Bursa regional dealer would handle the matter.
My request for the dealer's contact information was met with a puzzling refusal. They claimed they couldn't provide me with the number, and when I called the general customer service line (444 0 888), I was informed that the Bursa regional office lacked a direct contact number and that they couldn't assist me further.
