Arçelik Washing Machine is Making an Excessive Racket
My Arçelik washing machine is producing loud noises while running. So I filed a complaint and began a repair ticket. The first technician who arrived stated that the belt was faulty. They came a week later to repair the belt, but the noise continued. I opened another ticket, and this time a young technician arrived, explaining that the fault was with the shock absorbers and that the previous technician had quit the job. After receiving my clearance, I waited a week for the shock absorbers to be replaced. However, while replacing the shock absorbers, they smashed the control panel's selection button. My problem still exists. There is no responsible authority to handle my problems, and with each intervention, they ruin parts of the computer without resolving my issue. I strongly regret purchasing an Arçelik product because both the service technicians and the brand are apathetic.
A very tragicomic event happened while I was writing this text: the Arçelik service called me, but they hung up just as I answered the phone after it rang twice. It's as if they are playing a game. There is neither anyone calling nor anyone asking, what kind of company is this? I don't understand. This is the first time I've seen such an irrelevant and uninterested company. You are responding with an automatic message, but there is neither anyone interested nor any support I see in this matter. The appointment time is given as between 17:00 and 19:00, but they call me at 10:00 saying they are coming. If the appointment time is not going to be followed, why is an appointment time given? And then, with a rude tone, they say they can't come again today. They have so many service centers, but if the service is incompetent, even if they open 100 service centers, it is still useless.
I had said that I would keep you informed about the developments. The latest incidents have rendered my machine in such a state that even a scrap dealer wouldn't take it. Instead of fixing my machine, the Arçelik service completely broke it. The noise has increased, and they left the button broken. I regret it so much; I wish I had called a local repairman instead, it would have been better. There is no need for a helicopter pad anymore; I have a complete helicopter in my home.
