Arçelik Dryer Making Constant Noise and Service Claims It's Normal

For the past year, my Arçelik dryer has been producing horrible noise. Every time I have contacted the authorised services, they have brushed off my worries and claimed it is normal. This has been somewhat depressing since, for a brand this reputable, I had expected more. My attempts to have this taken care of have been met with little to no effort, hence I feel powerless and unheard. Arçelik's reputation notwithstanding, it's annoying that this is being overlooked. I truly hope someone treats this problem seriously and at last provides a fix. I'm beginning to think the services in Bahçelievler have a bearing on the great volume of sales.
