Arcelik 9100 Washing Machine Is Very Noisy and Vibrant

Good morning, I purchased a washing machine of the Arcelik 9100 model, and the service staff was the ones who installed it. The machine, on the other hand, makes a tremendous amount of noise and vibrates to an excessive degree. In spite of the fact that I called customer service multiple times, I was given responses such as "It works this way, and you can't return it." My attempt to return it was unsuccessful because I was unable to locate any authorized personnel who were standing behind their product.
