The package I am expecting from Moda Vizyon was handed over to your company on 24/03/2025, yet today is 07/04/2025 and I still have not received it. The package contains a textile sales product, and since it has not arrived, I am unable to offer it to customers, resulting in financial loss with each passing day. I am seriously being victimized due to Aras Kargo's negligence. I request that my package be found and delivered to me immediately, or that my financial loss, including the impact of the delay, be fully compensated. I am expecting an urgent response from you regarding this matter. Unfortunately, it seems that if I don’t write or call, you wouldn’t even care.
