Courier Insulted Me and Did Not Deliver My Cash on Delivery Package
On September 5, 2024, at 14:02, my package with tracking number 5195525197869, expected via Aras Kargo, was supposed to my address but it was not delivered. The courier called me from another place instead, and when I told him he was at the wrong address, he rudely and disrespectfully said, “Am I blind or what?” My package, which is cash on delivery, has still not been delivered, and despite reporting the issue to Aras Kargo customer service, no solution has been provided. I request that my package be delivered to the correct address immediately and that action be taken regarding the courier’s behavior.
Thanks to the gentleman from the Aras Kargo management who called me, I will not stop shopping with Aras Kargo. I am very grateful to him for being solution-oriented, polite, and respectful. My problem was solved thanks to him.
