I gotta vent about Apple. They really got me ticked off and I wanna share it with people who might get into same trouble. Get ready for a story about screen shaking and broken promises. I just went ahead and treated myself to the new iPhone 13, thinking it would be totally awesome. I had no idea that my excitement would be ruined by this annoying problem of screen tremors. the device I dropped a ton of cash on keeps having this annoying issue, the company keeps insisting on fixing it instead of just giving you a new one. Seriously? how many times do I gotta send my iPhone in for repairs before they finally own up to it? no luck - they didn't seem to hear us at all. Apple ain't doing anything to help us out. They're just ignoring our problems. Can you believe they tried to say it's just a software problem? it's so obvious that it's a hardware issue, no need to be an engineer to see that!!!
