I am writing regarding the problem I experienced with my iPhone 16 after a service process at Apple Zorlu Center. Before taking my phone to service, I backed it up to my MacBook. On 29 March 2026, the case of my iPhone 16 was replaced at the Apple Store in Zorlu Center, and for this process a service record was created via the Apple support line with the number 102855584247. On the same day, after receiving my phone, I wanted to restore the backup from my MacBook. However, during the restore process, a warning appeared on the MacBook screen stating, “This iPhone cannot be restored because the storage is not sufficient.” It is very absurd that I cannot load back onto the same phone the data that I previously backed up from this phone. As a result of this situation, I cannot access my backup and all my data, and I am experiencing a serious grievance. I have tried the process multiple times, but I receive the same “insufficient storage” error in every attempt. When I contacted Apple support/Zorlu Apple Store again, I was advised to find another iPhone with larger storage and temporarily restore my backup to that device, which I find completely unacceptable. I do not have another iPhone with larger storage, and I expect a solution appropriate to the service I received and the backup I trusted. I request that my backup be restored to my iPhone 16 without any data loss or, if this is not technically possible, that my device be replaced with a suitable model that will allow the full restoration of my backup so that my data becomes accessible again. I kindly ask you to urgently review this process carried out at Apple Zorlu Center under the service record created via the Apple support line with number 102855584247 and to resolve my grievance as soon as possible.
