iPhone 14 Pro: Network Issue, IMEI Block Linked to Unknown Identity

My iPhone 14 Pro was activated in July 2023, but while I was using it, all of a sudden, the network was no longer available. When I checked the IMEI, it revealed that it is linked to a restricted usage until January 1, 2026 and that this usage is associated with the identification number of an unknown individual. This problem is occurring with a device that was recorded in close proximity to another passenger. In order to find a solution to this problem, I need your help.
