I have been experiencing a major issue with my iCloud account on my Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max for about three weeks. Although my iCloud account is signed in on the device, I cannot reset my password. During the password reset process, verification codes are successfully sent to both my email and phone number, but every time I try to reset the password, I receive the error message: “Verification failed. An unknown error occurred.”
Because of this issue, my device repeatedly asks for my iCloud password and restricts access to certain functions, which has become very frustrating.
I contacted Apple customer support for help. They sent account recovery emails, and I spoke with representatives twice—they even told me this was the first time they had seen such an issue. Despite this, the problem remains unresolved, and I was told that my device might need to remain powered off for 2–3 days. I run a business, so not being able to use my phone for that long is unacceptable. My case ID is 1027144013*.
I am requesting that Apple fully restore access to my iCloud account and my device as soon as possible, and provide a permanent solution to this technical issue. The intermittent errors and repeated password prompts are interfering with my daily work, and I urgently need an effective resolution.
