My iPhone 11 Out of Warranty Due to Scratch on Screen

I've had to send in my iPhone 11 for warranty service for the second time due to issues. They claim it's out of warranty because of scratches on the screen, which is absolute nonsense. If you don't want scratches, maybe you should make scratch-resistant phones! Also, the battery is malfunctioning, and they say it's out of warranty because I've charged it over 500 times. The screen and battery problems are confirmed, and they're demanding a fee. My phone was returned without any repairs.
