Battery Issues with Apple's iPhone 11

I bought my iPhone 11 about 7 months ago, and the battery health has dropped significantly to 89%. What's more concerning is that it goes from 1% to empty in less than 2 minutes. I was so frustrated that I had to call customer service, and my battery was drained by 7% during the 10-minute call. All of these problems were reported to the service center. They ran a number of tests through their analysis and improvement department and assured me that the results would be available the following day. When I inquired about the status two days later, they informed me that they had discovered a problem with the charging port, possibly due to software or a charging device issue, which had negatively impacted battery health. They suggested that I reset my phone using a PC as a possible solution and that if that didn't work, they send it to the service center. In a later call, they reversed their position and accused me of not using an original charger, despite the fact that I had been using one. Apple's support can be frustratingly inconsistent and unhelpful. I intend to take this matter to the Consumer Rights Court because I have records of my conversations and discrepancies in their statements. While Apple is a well-known brand, it appears unwilling to admit flaws in a device for which it charges a premium.
