I recently bought two iPhone 14 Pro Max devices from the US. When I looked into the warranty support, I discovered that it only provides one year of limited support. I never imagined that a world-renowned brand like Apple would have problems with after-sales warranty support. I spoke with a customer service representative, who informed me that the warranty does not cover Turkey. Is Apple's policy to only sell their products in the country where they are headquartered? Can I purchase any Apple-branded device from a different country? This incident has shaken my faith in the Apple brand, and it may be my last purchase from them. I believe Apple should allow authorized service centers to provide spare parts for devices imported from other countries and registered by paying taxes. It can thus prevent thousands of phone users from visiting unauthorized service centers. I hope Apple quickly resolves this global warranty issue and creates a call log for Apple users in similar situations. They must correct this error in order to maintain the value of their brand.
