Dented Apple Macbook Pro M2 Max Laptops

On behalf of my company, Semruk Software Technology, I recently bought two 16-inch Macbook Pro M2 Max laptops in silver from the Sivas branch of Vatan Computer Industry and Trade Anonymous Company. We were supposed to get them around 12:30 p.m. on March 14, 2023, after they were checked in the store. When two female staff members opened the boxes, they warned us to look for dead pixels. We evaluated the screens on the table and discovered no issues before they returned the laptops to their boxes and handed them to us. However, when we arrived at the office and checked the iCloud login, we noticed a dent on one of the laptops' back. I called the store at 2:34 p.m. and went in to speak with them in person. They reviewed the device and informed us that there was no other option but to send it to the service center. On the same day, we began the process, and the laptop was delivered to the KVK technical service center with registration number 2301223994. They ran AST2 tests and a visual mechanical inspection but found no faults. They informed us on March 17, 2023, that the laptop was ready for delivery and that we could pick it up from the store on March 21, 2023. However, when we returned to the store and examined the laptop again, we discovered another dent 15 cm away from the first. The store denied our exchange request, claiming that the second dent occurred during the service process. We are displeased with this situation, especially since we paid more than 87,000 Turkish Lira for each laptop and have been dealing with service processes since the day we bought them. We demand an immediate solution to this issue and have filed a complaint about our experience. Best wishes.
