Apple MacBook M2 Pro Screen Issue and Disappointing Customer Service

I shared the problem I experienced with my Apple MacBook M2 Pro device, which had vertical and horizontal colored lines on the screen, with Apple support. After a few repair attempts over the phone with support, they told me to take the product to the Eskişehir Zentech service center when the problem persisted. Indeed, on the same day, I delivered the device with its original box to the Zentech service center. The Eskişehir service center stated that the diagnosis and repair of M2 models could be done in Istanbul and that my device would be sent to the center. The next day, when I received an SMS requesting payment, I saw from the Zentech service system that my device's internal screen was broken and that a fee of 12800₺ would be charged. I told the service representatives that I did not drop the device and that it did not receive any impact that could have broken the screen. In my correspondence with the Zentech service representative, I explained that I had purchased the device four months ago, and there were no scratches on the case. I also mentioned that the lines on the screen appeared when I opened the screen, and they increased after I opened and closed it a few times. When the Zentech service representative advised me to contact Apple support, I contacted them. The support representative said they were behind me and that they would talk to the service representatives. Three days later, I was called back and told that a paid replacement would be made in a short sentence. They did not provide any details about why the fee was charged or any explanation about the problem. I told them that I would take legal action and asked them to send my device back. However, a week has passed since the last conversation, and I have neither received my device nor any news. Apple Turkey has disappointed and let me down with the device I purchased with confidence in the brand's quality and service.
